A graduate of Syracuse University, she has worked for CBS News since 2015 and became White House correspondent in July 2018. In conversation with Asia Blog, Jiang recounts her upbringing, reflects on the importance of newsroom diversity, and explains why she thinks that news organizations have never been more vital.
