8:30 p.m. Outdoor Film Screening
Join our outdoor film party to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the classic comedy Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle! An epic tale of adventure and romance, Harold and Kumar follows stoner buddies Harold Lee (John Cho) and Kumar Patel (Kal Penn) as they venture through the wilds of New Jersey to satisfy their craving for White Castle sliders. On a journey that Roger Ebert said "makes the travels of Cheech and Chong look like outings in the Popemobile," the friends encounter a wild barrage of characters, with cameos by Ryan Reynolds, Anthony Anderson, and Neil Patrick Harris.
The festivities begin with Harold and Kumar-approved music, burger-chan grilling up their homage to the White Castle slider, a trivia contest to win official White Castle gift packs, and complimentary drinks (beer, soju, and cocktails) from Coam Beverage.
Tickets include the outdoor film screening, one slider, two drinks, andv official White Castle swag. Additional munchies will be available for sale. To request a vegetarian option for the included slider, please contact Amal Hasan, Performing Arts and Culture Programs Manager, at [email protected].
