Dive into calligraphy traditions and learn how nature has influenced this art form across Asia and beyond. Campers will be introduced to different techniques, scripts, and tools to create their own expressive artwork. No prior calligraphy or brushwork experience needed.

Recommended for students ages 9–12.

Add-on: In our After-School A/V Club, campers will enjoy a snack and watch content related to the camp instruction, 3–5:30 p.m. daily.

Asia Society's Got Talent!
Monday, June 10 – Friday, June 14, 2024・9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Daily
Get inspired by traditional arts and pop culture of Asia, from Indian classical dance to K-pop! Learn about the history and backgrounds of various Asian performing arts while preparing for your own performance.
Recommended for students ages 6–9.

Manga POP!
Monday, July 8 – Friday, July 12, 2024・9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Daily
Attention, artists and manga fanatics! Create your own comics inspired by the Japanese manga style, with opportunities for Beginner and Advanced students to bring their comics to life on paper and the web.
Recommended for students ages 9–14.

Documentary Filmmaking
Monday, July 22 – Friday, August 2, 2024・9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Daily
In this two-week camp, join a television producer to learn the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking while creating an original movie that explores the themes of community building and development.
Recommended for students ages 12-14.
