Video: Featured Artist Tiffany Chung Shares Insights into Her Practice
Contemporary artist Tiffany Chung's work on Syria and broader global issues related to ongoing legacies of colonialism was featured in our recent exhibition New Cartographies. Chung was interviewed at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, in Den Mark, about her art practice. In this brief interview, she focuses on her work with refugees and issues of migration and cultural memory. "I don't give answers in my work," Chung says. "But I would challenge the viewer in terms of questioning what the story really is, whether there is truth to it or if there are other possibilities of what the story could be."

Video: Studio Visit with Featured Artist Miya Ando
Miya Ando's current exhibition with us, Form is Emptiness, Emptiness is Form, asks the viewer to deeply consider time and time's action on materials, as a way of understanding the pervasiveness of change in our lives. With each aspect of the installation, she emphasizes ephemerality and the differing, but related, effects of time on a range of materials. In this interview in her studio, Ando shares more about her practice and techniques, and the philosophical thinking behind them.
