International Day of Yoga 2018
VIEW EVENT DETAILSOn the occasion of IDY 2018, Asia Society Hong Kong and the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong will co-present an all-day event with up to 25 different yoga classes offered simultaneously in venues throughout our center. These include classes on the physical yoga practices as well as meditation and breathing techniques. Participants can immerse in our natural and peaceful environment to take full advantages of the wonders and benefits of yoga and meditative practices. Conducted in English and/or Cantonese languages, the sessions are designed to appeal to people of different ages, levels of yoga experiences and physical abilities.
See class schedule below (subject to change). Registration will begin May 18, 2018, and will close at 6 p.m on June 16, 2018. Walk-ins on the day are welcome and subject to availability.
