Class Location: Lee Quo Wei 

This session will incorporate a flow through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations) and finish with some seated stretches and Savasana. All levels are welcome and this class is best suited for young adults and adults.

Anita Cimmerback has been teaching yoga since 2007 and has been a yoga practitioner since 1998. She is a 500hr certified RYT International Karuna Yoga Teacher. (Ruth White Yoga, British Wheel of Yoga, International Yoga Teachers Association, Yoga Alliance Registered School). She has around 500hrs more of TT from various places in India, UK, Thailand and Hong Kong. She started her yoga journey in London, UK in 1998 and now she teaches full time in Hong Kong and in Sweden over the summer months. Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are the styles she prefers to teach and sometimes she adds Sivananda, Iyengar and Ashtanga routines into her flow. Anita teaches with passion and with great care for her students.  Her classes are full of energy, focus, and fun and she gives special attention to weak or injured areas.
