Guinness world record holder Dr.Yuva Dayalan is a Former International Badminton player & Yoga champion currently training the Olympic medalist & elite athletes of different countries. With his vast experience, he has crafted 16 basic postures for calming down & taking control over breathing which is the key for success in Sports and daily life.  This class teaches simple & advanced techniques to handle your Adrenaline flow in the body, manage stress & injury by simple inner rings and outer rings warm-ups with of postures to lead a healthy and happy life.

Dr. Yuva Dayalan is a Guinness world record holder & Internationally acclaimed Yogacharya who Trains Yoga Teachers & celebrities across the globe. The former International Badminton Player is the founder & organizer of the Yoga World Festival, Indochina International Yoga Festival, International Yoga Championships, Functional training workshops etc. Being a former International Badminton player, Dr. Yuva Dayalan is the forerunner of sports yoga who trains the Indian Badminton Team and guides world-class athletes, players and clubs to keep them fit and focused in their game throughout their career by reducing injury and stress level in their respective sports.

By teaching his innovating techniques (Yuvaa yoga, Badminton yoga, Kalari yoga, Golf yoga, Runners Yoga) he makes it simpler to learn the basics of yoga that are required to build advanced practice. Through the Yuvaa Yoga Manthiran Trust, he organizes charity events to support yoga studies, children's education, social causes and help the needy.
