Save the date for this year's highly anticipated gala, Tiger Ball 2022, commemorating the 10th anniversary of Asia Society Texas Center's opening and celebrating trailblazers who exemplify and highlight vibrant cultures and perspectives from across Asia:

  • Visual artist Tiffany Chung
  • Astronaut Soichi Noguchi
  • Chancellor of the University of Houston Renu Khator

Graciously supported by Ball Chairs Tripp Carter and Leigh & Reggie Smith, this fête features Nancy C. Allen and Anne & Albert Chao as Honorary Ball Chairs — befitting their tremendous contributions to the institution and success in building a permanent monument to the incredible diversity found within our global Houston community.

Scheduled for Friday, March 11, 2022, this treasured gala provides significant financial support for Asia Society Texas' public programming. Each year since its opening in 2012, Asia Society Texas has annually offered more than 150 programs uplifting arts, culture, and education and underscoring our shared humanity and role as global citizens. Funds raised at Tiger Ball represent nearly one-third of the organization's annual budget and underwrite stunning exhibitions and captivating performances, thoughtful policy discussions, and engaging educational offerings for children and families.

With limited seating, the festive evening event will once again take place at Asia Society Texas Center in the Museum District. We look forward to seeing you at what will be a most memorable evening filled with exciting support for global engagement and cultural vibrancy within our great city!
