Cultural Innovation Through Technology (Complete)

NEW YORK, October 28, 2018 — Art, design, and technology experts present their observations about the shifting habit of encountering culture through a screen rather than in person. Presenters included Wenfeng Liu, chief technology officer at iQiyi, Zhang Xiaoming, deputy director of the research center for cultural policy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zachary Kaplan, executive director at Rhizome, Mia Yoo, artistic director at La MaMa, and Billy Clark, artistic director at CultureHub. Following the presentations Yi Qin, news presenter at Shanghai Culture Broadcast Film & Television Group moderated a Q&A session with the presenters.
