New York City's Restaurant Week: Asian Style

(Megu Modern Japanese Cuisine)

If you have walked down any street in New York City sometime in the last month, you have probably seen that chic lady with the pink bob haircut telling us all to "Love NYC Restaurant Week"... and we do!

That's because the most famous and critically acclaimed restaurants in the city are featuring three-course prix-fixe menus at $24.07 for lunch and $35.00 for dinner through July 25. With about 275 restaurants participating and 30 types of cuisine to choose from, the most difficult part will be deciding on where to make a reservation!

If you are in the mood for Asian fare, Asia Society has done some of the dirty work for you. Whether you opt for a bento box by our favorite Iron Chef, or you decide to push the envelope with an inventive Asian fusion meal (wasabi mashed potatoes, anyone?), you really can't go wrong.
