NEW YORK, Mar. 3, 2016 — Assistant Secretary for Global Markets and Director General of the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration Arun Kumar delivered a keynote address on what to expect from U.S.-India relations in 2016, as well as the implications of India's budget announcement on the growth of the country’s economy and foreign direct investment. The event was followed by a panel discussion featuring Kumar alongside Ashish Chugh, Padmaja Chunduru, Nelson Cunningham, Vikas Vasal, Himanshu Mandavia, and Parag Saxena.
