Pranayama, Mudra and Kriya Yoga means to join the body with the mind, individual with the supreme soul, and personal energy with the universal energy. However, the stress of daily life can create many energy knots in one’s body. This class will teach the ancient techniques that can help to remove these knots and imbalances so that our energy can flow again. With this balance of energy flow, one can control and re-direct one’s prana (energy) to certain parts of the body. This helps to increases one’s energy level, helps to maintain hormonal balances, and help relieve physical ailments such as bodily aches and pains. The prana (energy) flow in the brain can improve one’s concentration, harmonize emotions for a creative mind and better memory retention.
