Laughter Yoga (or Hasya Yoga) is a wonderful aerobic yoga practice that combines laughter with yoga exercises and deep breathing. It’s easy to do. There are no age barriers and it doesn’t require any prior experience. Laughter Yoga is practiced regularly at over 6,000 laughter clubs in more than a 100 countries worldwide. This activity is suitable for people from all walks of life, including children, adults, and seniors. Benefits include reducing stress instantly and generating lots of positive emotions (thus overcoming depression). It is an aerobic and cardio exercise that boosts vitality, cleanses and detoxifies our lungs, improves blood circulation, boosts memory and confidence, breaks down communication and cultural barriers in addition to many more physical, emotional, mental and social benefits.
Veena Dansinghani is a founding partner, trainer and Chief Passion Officer of Inspire2aspire Consulting with over 7 years of experience in organizing and delivering health, happiness and wellness workshops and events in Hong Kong. She is a certified Master Workplace Wellness Ambassador and a certified Laughter Yoga Leader. She is a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher at the Life Management Yoga Centre. She has also completed courses from Isha Foundation — including Inner Engineering and seven days of Raja Yoga Meditation Course. Veena is also a trained Pranic healer and practitioner.
Honey Pamnani is the founding partner, trainer and Chief Energy Officer at Inspire2Aspire Consulting with over 7 years’ experience designing and delivering health, happiness and wellness workshops all over Hong Kong. She completed her Classical Yoga Teacher Training course in 2014 and is an active Yoga practitioner. She is also a Laughter Yoga Teacher. She has undergone Laughter Yoga Teacher training and is certified to conduct Leader training.
Mahesh Pamnani is the founding partner, trainer and Chief Happiness Officer at Inspire2Aspire Consulting with over 7 years’ experience designing and delivering health, happiness and wellness workshops all over Hong Kong. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and has studied Positive Psychology under Dr. Tal Ben Shahar at the Wholebeing Institute in the U.S. and also studied positive psychology coaching. He is well-versed in positive leadership and neuroscience. He is also a Laughter Yoga teacher and an active Yoga practitioner.
