Shubhraji teaches us the art of slowing the mind even while facing challenges in the world. In this session, she will illuminate the techniques of meditation and how they can help transform our day-to-day life into a better and more meaningful existence. This talk draws on the ancient universal philosophy of Vedanta and presents the logic and technique of meditation in a simple manner. Shubhraji will help us explore different approaches, which can help us reconnect with our inner being. Many studies and scientific research have also shown that regular meditation can help alleviate symptoms of stress and aid physical health. Shubhraji will share how to create new attitudes and responses to situations and how to bring the mind and heart to a place of calm and peace. There will be a guided meditation and some interactive aspects to this session.

Shubhraji is a contemporary Vedanta teacher with an international following. She is a disciple of the renowned Vedanta master H. H. Swami Chinmayananda. Shubhraji teaches the non-dualistic philosophy of Vedanta. Using Sanskrit texts such as the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, she currently lectures on numerous topics, including meditation in daily life, the secret to success, the essence of divine love, and managing the mind. She has conducted programs in various centers and institutions, including the Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and London Business School in London. She is an award-winning author of the book, In the Lotus of the Heart: The Essence of Relationships. Her good-humored, inspiring talks help people discover their true selves and consequently live more creative and fulfilling lives. Presently based in the U.S., Shubhraji teaches and travels throughout the United States, Asia, and Europe.
