South Asian New York Fashion Week Design Presentations

South Asian New York Fashion Week (SANYFW), launched during New York Fashion Week in September 2022, is an innovative initiative that brings South Asian designers worldwide to New York City. SANYFW has been established as a pioneer in showcasing and uplifting South Asian fashion inspired by traditional and modern South Asian attire and culture.

Asia Society is pleased to host the 2023 SANYFW Design Presentations on Monday, September 11. The event will include live draping presentations and a panel discussion with the designers.

South Asian New York Fashion Week (SANYFW) will be hosted September 9-13, 2023 with access to awe-inspiring runway shows categorized by streetwear, sustainability, menswear, traditional, bridal, and Indo-western styles. The showcase of designs will be influenced by designers across the South Asian Diaspora. All events will be held in New York City, one of the primary fashion capitals in the world.
