On February 1, the Indian Finance Minister will present the Union Budget 2021-22. In view of COVID-19 and its impact on the economy, this year’s budget proposals are likely to focus on growth and recovery. In addition, there are expectations around strengthening sectors, such as manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, and healthcare, amongst others, to attract fresh investments.
