Wuji Ensemble’s “Salon Concert” Series, moderated by music director and renowned pipa player Wong Chi Ching, inspires the participants’ perceptions of life through live performance and intimate interaction. The concert aims to achieve a deep appreciation of Chinese music from a new perspective, to lead to the audience’s understanding of traditional Chinese art and culture, as well as an in-depth exploration of Chinese aesthetics. It is hoped that through music, the audience will grasp the interaction and importance of art and the cultivation of the mind, and eventually increase their artistic experience and cultural accomplishment.

The theme of the three “Salon Concerts” revolves around Chinese operas, including Nanyin, Nanguan and Kunqu Opera. Different guests are invited to each concert. Through interaction with Ms. Wong Chi Ching, the audience will experience and appreciate the essence of traditional Chinese opera. This program is presented by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, as part of the JOCKEY CLUB New Arts Power (2018 edition).

無極樂團的「心靈雅集」系列，由音樂總監及著名琵琶演奏家王梓靜主持，以邊奏邊談的雅集方式，透過現場演奏及與觀眾近距離的交流，啟迪參加者對生命的感悟。音樂會希望從另一角度深層次地欣賞中國音樂的神韻，引發聽眾對中國傳統藝術及文化的瞭解，以至於對觸動心靈的中國美學作深入的探討。希望聽眾透過音樂藝術，從中領悟藝術與養心的互動和重要性，逐步提升藝術經驗及文化修養。

是次三場的「心靈雅集」主題圍繞中國戲曲，其中包括南音、南管及崑曲，每場各有不同的嘉賓，透過與王梓靜老師的互動，讓公眾體驗及認識中國傳統戲曲的精萃及內涵。此節目為香港藝術發展局主辦《賽馬會藝壇新勢力》（2018）之活動。
