Morning Mindfulness Practice for Teenagers (Aged 10-19)

Every Tuesday in August 2020 (10:30-11:30am)

This summer camp is designed for teenagers (ageds 10 to 19). It is a series of four sessions. Each session has a chosen theme and the facilitator will introduce the students some mindfulness practice (including, breath work, body scan, expression of gratitude) in light of the theme. To deepen each session’s practice, the facilitator will incorporate other tools and approaches like Tibetan singing bowls, gong and other sound instruments.
At the end of each class, the students will be given homework to continue with the practice until the next class.
Hopefully, by the end of the month-long summer camp, the students will pick up some new tips for self-management as well as starting to incorporate mindfulness practice.
