Singing Bowls Meditation with Stephanie Luo
During the 45-min session, Stephanie will first guide you to focus on your breathing and body. While playing the Singing Bowls, she will guide you to set your intention for the session. By intention, it can be as simple as "to relax" or "to be open". For the rest, all you need to do is to allow the vibration to work its way through your body. At the end of the session, you will energize yourself with a cup of white tea, which will help to strengthen your respiratory system.
Feel free to wear a mask during the meditation if you feel comfortable. For hygiene purpose, please bring your own cup and yoga mat to join this wellness session. Please refrain from participating in this session if you have any unwell or respiratory issues.
