Spanning two days of talks, panel discussions, showcases and meals; the Food’s Future Summit 2019 will gather change-makers, experts and conscious consumers and delve into key innovations, trends and challenges in the culinary & food technology ecosystems.
The Summit includes an international feature component to learn from and be inspired by global efforts in this space. The 2019 summit is shining a spotlight on the San Francisco Bay Area, home to some of the world’s most innovative and influential companies and not to mention a dynamic and delicious culinary scene.
The goal of the Summit is to inspire and initiate change within the world of food, to recognise future-forward businesses, champion individuals behind critical causes and to empower consumers thus empowering them to make better-informed decisions about what they eat.

Established in 2009, Foodie Group is Hong Kong's premium platform building a community of food lovers, influencers and businesses through integrated and engaging digital media and offline offerings. In 2017, the Foodie Group launched the region's first-ever Food's Future Summit to drive dialogue to shape a better world of food. In recognition of the Summit's contributions and thought leadership, it was awarded Best Event (Silver) at the Spark Media Awards 2018.
Global:SF is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to paving the way for international companies to locate, invest, and grow in the City of San Francisco while helping locally-based companies expand into global markets. Through a public-private partnership with the City and County of San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD), GlobalSF oversees the City’s ChinaSF, LatinSF and SFAsia initiatives.
