Asia Recon, Asia Society Australia and Muru-D are excited to host Mr Patrick Grove, CEO of Catcha Group, who is in Sydney for one night only, for a fireside chat with Mathew Benjamin, Co-founder of AsiaRecon.
We'll discuss some of the Catcha Group’s most innovative startups that have successfully completed three IPOs on the ASX and one IPO on the Bursa Malaysia, and what makes them unique and successful. We’ll also talk about what it’s like to build successful companies in Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines, and what it takes to survive in these markets as an Australian entrepreneur.

About our speaker:
Patrick is a Co-founder and Chairman of all of Catcha Group portfolio companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, including iProperty Group, iCar Asia and Ensogo. He is also a Co-founder and director of Rev Asia, Bursa Malaysia listed, online media and publishing company. Between 1999 and 2013, he took all four companies he founded from start up to initial public offering (IPO). Recently Patrick exited iProperty for A$750m - the largest exit of an ASEAN-based internet company. Patrick is a member of the BRW Young Rich and Rich 200.
