World Bank Accountability Mechanism (AM)

Description

The World Bank AM is an independent complaint mechanism that promotes accountability and ensures that the voices of people who may be adversely affected by Bank-financed projects are heard. It includes the Bank's compliance review office, called the Inspection Panel, and a new dispute resolution office, called the Dispute Resolution Service (DRS).
