United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)
UNEP provides leadership in caring for the environment, encourages partnerships, and informs nations and peoples about how to improve their quality of life without compromising that of future generations.
It works closely with 193 Member States and representatives from civil society, businesses, and other stakeholders to address environmental challenges through the United Nations (UN) Environment Assembly, the world’s highest-level decision-making body on the environment.
