The session will cover causes of human suffering and how synthesis (harmony) of physical body-breath-mind can alleviate all suffering; both at physical and psychological levels. Will briefly touch upon the topic of meditation.  

K.P. Daswani, popularly known as “KP” came to Hong Kong in the year 1956 and has lived here since. He met his spiritual master Swami Chinmayananda in the year 1971 and travelled with him around South-East Asian countries including the historical visit to Beijing University, China. Currently, he is trustee of Central Chinmaya Mission Trust (Worldwide) and a trustee of Hong Kong Chinmaya Foundation, Hong Kong. He is also the Founder chairman of Overseas Indians’ Business Association (Popularly known as HK Progressive Group). He conducts a few ‘Study Groups” on the Bhagvad Geeta and the Upanishads.
