In this new production by Teatro Metastasio, director Gianluca Bardadori brings both Italian and Chinese actors from the community of Prato, Italy for a performance loosely inspired by the Bertolt Brecht play The Good Person of Szechuan. Prato has a large Chinese population and exemplifies many cities around the world where immigration has brought other cultural traditions to an existing community.
