Vinyasa Yoga for beginners with Casablanca Lo of Tristhana Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is the integration between movements and breath. Yoga poses and movements energize our bodies and when combined with mindful breathing help to focus and calm our minds. In this session Casablanca will guide us through a variety of sequences postures designed specifically with beginners in mind.
Casablanca Lo practices various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga and Tripsichore Yoga since 2013. In 2016, she earned her yoga teaching qualification from KPJAYI-authorized Ashtangi, Dylan Bernstein. Since then Casablanca has taught and assisted in numerous public yoga events / studios and taught TRX/ Yoga combined programs. A certified Thai massage therapist, she studied Chinese medicine which enriched her knowledge in body wellness. She is now advancing her Ashtanga practice into Intermediate Series.
