Sun salutations and creative flow sequences are emphasized, along with more challenging options for intermediate-level asanas, including arm balances and inversions. Linking your breath and movement energizes your mind, body, and spirit while creating a moving meditation in a relaxed and welcoming environment. A variety of pose options are offered based on the needs of the class, so beginners are welcome! This class is bilingual and will be taught in English and Cantonese.
Casablanca Lo practices various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga and Tripsichore Yoga since 2013. In 2016, she earned her yoga teaching qualification from KPJAYI-authorized Ashtangi, Dylan Bernstein. Since then Casablanca has taught and assisted in numerous public yoga events and yoga studios as well as teaching TRX/ Yoga combined programs at local fitness centers. A certified Thai massage therapist, Casablanca also studied Chinese medicine and related subjects, which has enriched her knowledge in body wellness. As a diligent student of yoga, she is now advancing her Ashtanga practice into Intermediate Series with enthusiasm.
