Restorative Yoga: Gentle Stretching with Bhakti Wong

Restorative Yoga addresses common physical tightness around the neck, shoulder, lower back and legs through simple yoga postures, to allow the body time to stretch and release any tension. The session includes a mix of yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness practice. You will leave at the end of the session feeling more grounded and at the same time uplifted.
Yogic Sleep and Singing Bowls with Rosalie e'Silva

Hit the pause button and relax with this guided meditation accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls. The meditation is based on yoga nidra or yogic sleep. Your body relaxes, whilst you keep your mind awake and alert. In this highly receptive state, you let go of any tension, blocks and anything else that no longer serves you. Expect to emerge from the session feeling clearer, lighter and completely relaxed. You'll be lying down for the whole session, so you many want to bring a blanket and something to cover your eyes. You'll want to be as comfy and cozy as possible!
