After which, Stephanie will guide you through the singing bowls meditation to calm your minds.

Integral Yoga with Aurelie Gauthier 

Aurelie’s yoga journey started 15 years ago in London. After experiencing different styles of yoga, she completed her first Integral Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 in Hong Kong and has been teaching ever since. Her teaching style is very gentle and she follows the principle of “take it easy but don’t be lazy”. She approaches the yoga practice as a moving meditation. Aurelie has continued to study and deepen her knowledge over the years and has completed training in Raja Yoga (yoga philosophy), Accessible Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is also certified in Gong and singing bowls, a Reiki practitioner and an Integral Yoga Trainer. 

Singing Bowls Meditation with Stephanie Luo

During the 45-min session, Stephanie will first guide you to focus on your breathing and body. While playing the Singing Bowls, she will guide you to set your intention for the session. By intention, it can be as simple as "to relax" or "to be open". For the rest, all you need to do is to allow the vibration to work its way through your body.  At the end of the session, your body, mind and spirit will be relaxed, awakened and energized.
