With the success of our recent wellness workshops, due to popular demand, we are now offering monthly Tai Chi classes! Explore basic Tai Chi exercises and stance work which will bring about fitness and strength to your body. Tai Chi master — Mr. Bernard Kwan will lead you through different techniques to improve your wellbeing. This is open for all levels, from newbies to pros.
Tai Chi Energetics with Bernard Kwan
For beginners, Bernard will start with simple exercises focusing on breathing, basic exercises and stance work to raise the student’s awareness of own sensitivity to energy. Where necessary, Bernard will incorporate Qigong movements into the practice to assist the student to deal with his/her own areas of focus, such as complications from past injuries, strengthening weak muscles etc.
