Mindful Sparks, started in 2020, is built on mindfulness to promote wellness and enlightenment through their products. Offering premium handcrafted, non-alcoholic sparkling drinks that cater to those seeking an alcohol-free, guilt-free alternative to the current mature industry of local craft beer. Finally, there is something for non-alcoholic drinkers like me.
Their vision is to create a premium range of craft sodas with a complex aroma, color, taste, and body that non-alcohol drinkers can appreciate mindfully. Their founder, Winston Lau, aims to bring the consumer an evolving selection of unique seltzers, mocktails, and sparkling beverages with exciting and curious flavors to awaken the senses.
Join us on March 24 evening to meet with their founder, Winston Lau, who will lead you through tasting four of his craft soda, and his sharing about his entrepreneurship in Hong Kong, especially in this craft soda industry.
