This beautiful session is designed to strengthen the arms, shoulder muscles, wrists and develops the sense of physical balance, coordination of muscular and nervous balances as well as strengthening and toning of hip and legs.

Magesh is a self-motivated yoga practitioner. His yoga journey starts from college days. He is an Electrical Engineer by education and has completed several yoga training courses including a 200hrs TTC Diploma in yoga and Master of Science in yoga and naturopathy.

He always focuses on a balanced practice and feels immensely satisfied when his students are relieved from body pain and stress less mind after his classes. Magesh believes the practice and teachings of yoga allow us to contribute to the greater good by providing us deeper resources of presence, compassion, and patience. He encourages every individual to explore their yoga journey.
