The first local craft cidery in Hong Kong and possibly Asia, Tom Turner, Head Brewer will guide you through the tasting of their produce. His team went into a long soliloquy about how much care they put into making each batch, and their dedication to the craft.

Started their operations in September 2018, they brought a new range of local craft alcohol to Hong Kong. Cider, which focuses on using apple juice as the main ingredient for the production, may be more suitable for health conscious drinkers who count their daily calories intake.

The best way to experience NEONTIC! ciders is by getting your hands on them. And now members will have the chance to have a guided tasting session with Tom on May 28. Limited packs of curated selection available for the members, please register early to guarantee your participation.

What is the registration deadline and pick up arrangement?

NEONOTIC! Cidery is the first dedicated cidery in Hong Kong, a rewrite of the word “hypnotic” and “neon” which is best defined as the hypnotic brightness of a neon light. Our intention is to create bright and exotic ciders that push the boundaries of what flavours you can harness from a cider.
