Chef Dino Yip started baking in 1989 when he joined a leading bakery in Hong Kong as an apprentice. With his hard work, he raised to research and production manager within five years. Subsequently, he joined a leading supermarket in Hong Kong and managed their baking and production department for 10 years.
In 2008, he started his career with Unigra as a technical research chef for the Asia Pacific region. During his tenure, he had several chances to visit Italy to learn more about baking and chocolate. With his vast knowledge and experience, he is a highly sought after culinary demonstrator in many major baking conferences and events.
