Inspired by the writings of Bruce Lee, this action-packed series set in the ruthless world of late 19th-century San Francisco follows Ah Sahm, a martial arts prodigy who emigrates to the city under mysterious circumstances and becomes an enforcer for one of Chinatown's most powerful tongs. The show produced by Bruce Lee’s daughter, Shannon Lee pays homage to her father’s legacy in this thrilling drama through brilliant martial arts choreography as well as the stories of Chinese immigrants interwoven with threads of gender inequity, class conflict, and racism.

Produced by Perfect Storm Entertainment, Tropper Ink Productions and Bruce Lee Entertainment, it includes creation and executive production by Jonathan Tropper. Justin Lin and Andrew Schneider are the executive producers from Perfect Storm Entertainment and Shannon Lee is the executive producer from Bruce Lee Entertainment. It is based on the writings of martial arts legend Bruce Lee.
