NAFRI undertakes integrated agriculture, forestry, and fisheries research; develops methods, tools, and information packages; provides policy feedback; and coordinates and manages additional research. The Lao Ministry of Agriculture established NAFRI to develop an integrated National Agriculture and Forestry Research System.
