Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC)

Description

BAKC brings together all practicing lawyers. Its Legal Aid Department (LAD) offers attorney representation to low-income clients. In 2021, it introduced a new policy calling on lawyers to provide pro bono advice, counseling, and legal sources to the public.
