State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC)
SASAC supervises and manages the assets of central state-owned enterprises (CSOEs) alongside the Central Organization Department (COD) of the Communist Party of China (CCP). Its performance evaluation system heavily influences CSOEs’ activities. Meanwhile, local SASAC offices supervise subnational state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
