China Overseas Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (COIDIC)
COIDIC aims to enhance international cooperation on infrastructure and sustainable development capabilities. It also promotes the development of Chinese engineering companies and the global spread of Chinese technology, standards, and equipment.
COIDIC shareholders include the China-Africa Development Fund (44 percent); China Gezhouba Group (22 percent); China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (13 percent); China Telecom (four percent); Jointo Energy Investment (four percent); China Enfi (four percent); and Changjiang Institute of Survey, Planning, Design and Research (four percent).
