Chinese Embassies and Consulates should:
- Establish a mechanism overseas for the collection and reporting of information.
The Chinese Government, Embassies, and Consulates should:
- Maintain records of the following situations:
- The failure of companies’ staff to complete legal immigration procedures, health examinations, vaccinations, work permits, and safety and legal compliance training.
- Violations of foreign exchange regulations.
- Accidents arising from noncompliance with manufacturing, technical, and health standards.
- The failure of companies to take effective security measures against local security risks.
- Violations of local laws and regulations.
The Chinese Government, Embassies, and Consulates should:
- Maintain records of the following situations:
- Conflicts with local people arising from disrespect for local practices, customs, religions, and lifestyles.
- Labor disputes arising from noncompliance with local labor laws.
The Chinese Government, Embassies, and Consulates should:
- Maintain records of companies that damage the local environment or threaten local public safety.
