Serving Food Like You’ve Never Had Before—In A Nutshell

...In A Nutshell with Angelo Comsti

Main Poster

We all need a little pick me up from all the anxiety and uncertainty. Most of us have turned to food – whether we’re binging, exploring new recipes, or enjoying time with family on our tables. It’s undeniable: food has been our best friend.

Asia Society Philippines’ Weekenders brought easy recipes to try. Now, to continue all things scrumptious, we bring you the next best thing to eating—talking about food In a Nutshell.

In a Nutshell with Angelo Comsti is the first web series produced by Asia Society Philippines together with Asian Culinary Exchange. Angelo Comsti—author of Also Filipino: 75 Regional Dishes I Never Had Growing Up and four other bestselling cookbooks, researcher, writer, event organizer, entrepreneur and chef to boot, graces us with another talent and title (you guessed it) – host!

In every episode, Angelo will sit down with friends both here and abroad to discuss the different facets of the food and beverage industry—from chefs and restaurateurs to cookbook authors and influencers.

Tune in and eavesdrop on the conversations as we serve insightful discussions you have never tasted before.
