Join the Asia Society Young Professionals Group, Asian Art Museum Lunar Society, and Chinese Culture Center at this fun happy hour on Thursday, August 2 from 6 to 8:30pm. Meet and mingle with new friends, enjoy wine, beer, and light bites, and experience a docent-led tour of the latest exhibit featuring Asian American contemporary artists at the Chinese Culture Center.

XianRui (Fresh and Sharp) Artist Excellence series is a signature CCC program that has highlighted exceptional but under-recognized artists of Chinese descent. The 10 Year anniversary celebrates this unique platform that has supported artists at critical junctures in their careers through a major solo show. The exhibition and related programming explore the impact of the program on featured artists and the evolution of Asian American artistic discourse. XianRui: 10 Years invites back the alumni artists to reflect on their careers and future trajectories.

Asia Society YPG members receive a complimentary plus-one with their RSVP. Check-in starts at 5:45pm, and tours are 6:30pm and 7:30pm with docent Hoi Leung, Lead Artist and Exhibition Manager.
