Hailing from Napoli, Italy, Chef Antimo Merone has worked in numerous Michelin-starred establishments alongside some of the most renowned chefs in the world. His track record of culinary excellence includes opening the celebrated 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Macau as the Executive Chef, leading it to its first Michelin star and has solidly retained it for five years running. In 2021, Chef Antimo opened Estro, his first independent restaurant, in partnership with JIA Group, the Hong Kong-based hospitality firm founded by Yenn Wong, showcasing his heritage with refined cooking techniques and sophisticated presentations.
