International Pu'er Tea Association, an independent non-profit organization, was established in 2017 in Hong Kong by Mr. Fang Wenquan, the Founder and Chairman of Tianda Group and Tianda Institute. It is committed to promoting innovative, sustained and sound development of the Pu’er tea industry. It selects top-quality Pu'er tea brands and provides professional services for members and tea enthusiasts. It fosters Pu'er tea culture and raises the standard of Pu’er tea appreciation to achieve social harmony and friendly exchanges among people of all countries. In collaboration with universities and scientific research institutions, it carries out in-depth studies on the health-preserving benefits of Pu'er tea, as well as its inheritance and conservation as a cultural heritage.
譚佩女士是國家一級茶藝技師、國家高級公共營養師、國家高級教師、雲南普洱茶產業發展有限公司培訓副總監。她曾於全國逾20所高校進行茶道巡迴講座;赴台灣、馬來西亞舉辦茶道課程及茶道交流會;亦多次出席中、日、韓三國茶道論壇,並代表中方進行茶藝展演。
Ms. Tan Pei is a national first-class tea specialist, national senior public nutritionist, national senior teacher, and deputy director of training at Yunnan Pu'er Tea Industry Developments Limited. She has conducted tea ceremony lectures in over 20 higher education institutions across China, as well as organized tea ceremony courses and exchange sessions in Taiwan and Malaysia. She has also attended tea ceremony forum in China, Japan and Korea several times, and given tea demonstrations on behalf of the Chinese side.
