In collaboration with Edible Artists Global Academy Association (EAGAA), a non-profit organization that aims in promoting all forms of edible arts and artists around the world, here is an incredible platform for art and cookery lovers! International dessert artists will give demonstrations, exhibit their works and interact with participants. You may also enjoy tea bites prepared by artists and sponsored by Complete Deelite, La Rose Noire, Simmi Sweets. Let’s get inspired by their creativities! 

Demonstration: Modern Japanese Cooking
Kyoko Rabbetts (Chef & Cake Artist) was born in Osaka in 1963 into a traditional Kyoto-style household, where her mother only stopped wearing a Kimono in the nineteen seventies. Food was cooked from scratch for every meal by her family and this is how her culinary journey began. Her work has appeared in publications globally, she has done lessons and demonstrations internationally.

Demonstration: Piping Art Trends
Known for creating extraordinary taste sensations by combining the best of Eastern and Western ingredients, the multi international gold award-winning Cake Stylist Alani Jasmine (Pastry Chef & Cake artist) has been pushing the boundary of traditional French and Asian pastries with her delicately elegant translucent buttercream and white kidney bean paste flowers piping techniques in her unique cake designs. 

Demonstration: Wedding Cake Trends
Jacinta Yu (Cake Stylist and Artist) is fascinated by arts, fashion, cakes and baking. Besides being mentored by experienced cake artists, she has developed her passion for conceptually designed cakes. This allowed her to work with different forms and disciplines of cake decorating. Through her journey, she has seen a huge shift in the market of cake decorating and has been able to follow her dream.

Demonstration: Dessert Table Trends
Elaine(Cake Artist) who teaches at Sissi Cake Design is an all-round artistic lady good at design, production and photography. Majoring in Industrial Design, Elaine has an elegant, refreshing and unique design style. She has won Gold Award in the prestigious Cake International (U.K.) in April, 2017 and won the Silver Award in Cake International in November, 2017.

Demonstration: Simmi Sweets
Simmi (Dessert Table Designer) is the first serious purveyor of quality sweets. She loves sweets and have brought such into Hong Kong for the past 10 years. Her business has grown from a passion of eating quality sweets to supplying and designing Sweets Dessert Tables for many corporate and private functions. She will share her skills on how to choose the right sweets for different occasions and designing Sweets Table.
