HONG KONG, August 4, 2012 — Twenty children ages 4 to 12 participated in We All Live in the Forbidden City summer workshop, which let them learn about Chinese arts and culture in a fun and interactive way.
Co-organized by Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation and Design & Cultural Studies Workshop, this children's education program is a joint initiative to create a unique learning experience for Mandarin-speaking children through interactive games and storytelling. The children "met" and posed questions to ancient Chinese characters on this virtual trip to the Forbidden City, while understanding more about how arts and culture evolved across different Chinese dynasties.
