PRIVATE INVITATION - Asia Society's Opening Night Celebration Dinner of the Times Literary Carnival

Asia Society India Centre is hosting the very special Opening Night Celebration Dinner for the Times of India Literary Carnival. This event will be a unique occasion of dinner, music, discussions and exchanges, with all the participating speakers of the Carnival and a select list of some of Mumbai’s most dynamic and distinguished personalities, amidst live music by Gods Robots, a band that blends pop music edge with classical Indian instrumentation. Over 100 speakers are participating in the Carnival this year, from Booker and Pulitzer prize-winning writers to film directors and corporate leaders, of which names you may recognize include Sunil Khilnani, Ramachandra Guha, Ruchir Sharma, Kiran Desai, Anita Desai, Barkha Dutt, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Gulzar, Javed Akhtar, Suketu Mehta, AD Miller, William Dalrymple and Katherine Boo.
