HONG KONG, May 20, 2013 — Held immediately prior to the first-ever Art Basel in Hong Kong fair, Asia Society’s inaugural Art Gala honored contemporary artists Lee Ufan, Nyoman Masriadi, and Zeng Fanzhi.

As illustrated in the gallery above, notable attendees at the Gala included major art collectors from the region; an international assortment of artists, galleries, and art world dignitaries; and Asia Society Trustees and patrons. Attendees also enjoyed a special performance by Japanese artist Mariko Mori.

Proceeds from the benefit will fund Asia Society Museum exhibitions and programs.
