A Musical Performance Puts on Stage China-inspired Musical Excerpts from Harry Partch’s Compositions

HONG KONG, 9 April, 2016 – A musical performance of Harry Partch’s compositions was firstly offered to public. Harry Partch was an American composer, music theorist and creator of music instruments. This performance showed the fully original genre of instrument group as well as some musical excerpts inspired by Chinese mucic from Partch’s compositions. The creative team also had a discussion with the audience after the performance.
