HONG KONG, 7th October, 2015 - A documentary by a Tibetan artist, Tenzing Rigdol about bringing his exiled people from their homeland was screened in the event. The work filmed the attempt to smuggle 20,000 kilos of native Tibetan soil across the Himalayas from Tibet into India, while spanning the borders of three countries. Such plan was made to give the chance to thousands of exiled Tibetans to literally set foot on their homeland. Apart from the screening, Mr Rigdol was also present in the event to share his experiences in making this large-scale installation art.
